View From the Bridge -Victoria

Victoria has finally finished a beautiful new bridge crossing the estuary. Along side is a very pedestrian friendly walkway which gives the viewer the opportunity of some interesting visuals of the city. This view is just one of them. I love the tugboat sitting beside all the greenery looking content but like it might have escaped a busy harbour.
