I had the opportunity to visit Butchard's Gardens. All the spring colours ignited my fantasy. I wanted to run home and start slapping on some paint in a free flowing way. This painting is really about that..slap it down and let your intuition/experience/learning guide you. Its always a surprise (and sometimes a shock ) to see the painting the day or two after. I'm still liking this!!
