Went out to paint at Oak Bay Marina early. It was brisk out and I thought it might be too cold for my hands. Then I saw this scene and knew it would not last even while I set up my gear, so I took a lot of photos. I love all the greys and whites and I find it easier to differentiate the colours in the studio. By the time i was back in my car the scene had changed!
